In network with your insurance

I know insurance is an important factor for many clients, and I want to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

  • I am in network with:

    I am in the process of getting credentialed with other insurance plans

  • I provide a superbill for out of network reimbursement if I do not take your insurance

  • Most of my clients receive back 65%-70% of their sessions, once their deductible is met

Insurance

Self Pay Fees
Initial intake: $200
Individual therapy: $175
Family therapy: $200
Couples therapy: $200

Payment
Payment is due at the end of each session. I accept all major credit cards as well as HSA/FSA cards.

Superbill
Each month, I provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement.

Reimbursement
Your insurance carrier will process your claim. Once you have met your out-of-network deductible, you will receive reimbursement checks from your insurance provider.
