Therapy isn’t just for people with ‘big problems’- it’s for anyone who wants to understand themselves better and make real, lasting changes. Sometimes the same challenges keep showing up in different parts of our lives, and it’s hard to figure out why. In day-to-day life, we often put a Band-Aid on the surface without getting to the heart of the matter. Therapy gives you a space to dig deeper, breaks old patterns, and start experiencing your life in a more authentic way.

So many of us carry old wounds that make it hard to live the life we truly want. Ignoring the pain might feel easier in the moment, but it often keeps us stuck in the past. Therapy gives you a safe space to uncover they ‘why’ behind your experiences, work through what’s holding you back, and finally move forward in a way that feels authentic and freeing.

Yes! Virtual therapy works a lot like traditional therapy, but instead of coming into my office, we meet through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video pltform. Sessions feel much the same as in-person, but many clients love the convenience- it saves time, reduces stress, and makes it easier to fit therapy into real life.

Confidentiality is one of the most important parts of therapy because trust is important to the therapeutic relationship. What we talk about stays between us, unless you’re at risk of hurting yourself or someone else.

Consistency is what makes real change possible, which is why I recommend starting with weekly sessions. My goal is to support you through every stage of your process. As you grow and your needs shift, we can always adjust the frequency of sessions.

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t take your insurance directly
I submit claims to your insurance company through Mentaya, making your insurance reimbursement submissions simpler
Most of my clients receive back 65%-70% of their sessions, once their deductible is met
