Everybody struggles sometimes- but you don’t have to do it on your own.

Whatever you’re walking through right now doesn’t have to feel this hard.

Therapy with someone who truly gets it can help you breathe easier and give you the tools to help you feel ready for whatever comes next.

How I help

Think of me as someone in your corner while you figure out what’s next. I can help you shape your story, but you’re the one holding the pen. Every story is unique- no two journeys looks the same. I look forward to seeing the one you create for yourself- No Filter Needed.

At the heart of it

When you invest in your mental health, everything else starts to shift. Taking care of yourself makes space for stronger relationships, deeper friendships, and a life you can actually feel present in. When you feel good on the inside, the rest begins to fall into place.

What therapy is

Therapy is more than sharing your problems- it’s about blending clinical tools with authenticity so real change can happen.

I understand how hard it is to recover from an eating disorder, and the challenges that come with anxiety. Both can make you feel like everything is out of your control. The eating disorder may feel like the one thing you can control. I want to help you feel confident and empowered to handle any challenges that come your way. I worked on an eating disorder unit in a hospital setting for 4 years where I worked with many people who had eating disorders and anxiety. Before therapy, the eating disorder was the only way they knew how to cope, and they were focused on the worst case scenario. After therapy, they developed healthier tools to cope and were able to live in the present.

What therapy isn’t

Therapy isn’t only for moments of crisis or distress. It can also be a preventative step, giving you the tools and support to handle whatever life throws your way.

Therapy isn’t about instant fixes- it’s about learning coping tools you can begin practicing right away, while also giving yourself space for deeper healing over time.

Why therapy with me

I believe therapy is most effective when there is collaboration, understanding, and genuine connection.

My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel empowered to take steps toward creating a life that feels truly yours.

I take the time to understand your unique experiences, challenges, and motivations so we can create a plan tailored to your needs. I value authenticity and bring direct, solution-focused approach in our work together.

You understand your story best and have the power to create it

My Philosophy

Because no two people are the same, I believe therapy should be personalized to fit each individual

Therapy is not one-size-fits all. My approach is client-centered and tailored to each individual.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to take steps toward creating a life that truly feels yours.

Unlike a generic approach, the therapy I provide is designed specifically for you.

THERAPY SHOULDN’T FEEL IMPERSONAL- IT’S A SPACE FOR COMFORT, UNDERSTANDING, AND REAL CONNECTION

For me, therapy is less about being “clinical” and more about creating a space where you feel truly seen.

That’s why I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation- so you can get a feel for me and see if this space feels right for you. Building a genuine connection is the foundation for meaningful growth, and that’s what I want for every client I work with.

As a female therapist, I bring both a strong clincial background and real-life experience to my work. I know you’re a whole person- not just a “client”- and that perspective allows me to show up as both relatable and skilled, meeting you with understanding and expertise.

All About Me

I created this practice to be a space where young adult women and couples can show up authentically- a place for self-expression, honesty, and vulnerability. My goal is to provide holistic care and support in helping young adults create a life they love- so they can thrive, not just survive. With a master’s degree from Fordham University and 4 years of experience treating eating disorders in a hospital setting, I’ve created a space for healing that looks beyond the presenting problem and focuses on the whole person.

I guide my clients with the belief that therapy is a true partnership. I see the therapeutic relationship as equal- we work together. By combining my clinical expertise with my background in media, I’ve created a space for growth and transformation. My practice is built on the belief that with the right tools and support, you can create a life you truly love.

Our sessions are designed to help you build confidence in every area of your life. Nothing is “too much information” here. Therapy with me is unfiltered- a space where you can show up as your authentic self and have the freedom to be vulnerable and express what’s really on your mind. Together, we’ll work through what’s keeping you stuck- whether it’s an eating disorder, body image concerns, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, or challenges in dating and relationships. My approach is direct and solution-focused: I’ll validate your experiences and challenge you to step out of your comfort zone so you can create a life you truly love- no filter needed.

My practice was built on the belief that with the right tools and support, you can create a life that truly feels like yours. Together, we’ll take a discovery-oriented approach to explore your perspective and empower you to heal, grow, and transform in therapy.

By focusing on experiences, challenges, and motivations, we’ll create a plan tailored specifically to you. Together, we’ll reframe thoughts that keep you stuck, build coping skills, and get to the heart of what’s really going on. Along the way, you’ll learn to replace unhelpful patterns with self-compassion, and reconnect with your values and identity. The result is feeling more grounded, more connected to yourself, and able to create a life that feels truly fulfilling.

Whether you’re struggling with self worth struggles, anxiety, body image concerns, relationship challenges, or self destructive patterns, I’m here to support you-and hold you accountable-so you can move forward. My goal is to help you create a life you truly love, so you can thrive instead of survive.
